In honour of our first POWER-BALLAD WORKOUT session, our fancy dress theme this year will be
"all things 80s."
So get booked onto the POWER-BALLAD WORKOUT, then you can smash out those air-grabs wearing your best gold Spandex and stay in your glad rags all day for our fancy dress theme.
We want to see all things 80s from shoulder pads to shell suits to Miami Vice rolled-up sleeves & Marty Mcfly's life-preserver! Don't forget that fancy dress this year is on Saturday.
And the POWER-BALLAD WORKOUT starts at 11.30. Bring your air guitar!*
*Air Ukuleles also encouraged!

The Summer Strum is a free ukulele festival, run by volunteers, which utilises the magical powers of this small but mighty instrument to combat loneliness, promote inclusivity & create community wellbeing.
This weekend-long event hosts 3 stages full of ukulele bands from all over the world.

There's also camping, stalls, food, bars, workshops, storytelling, inflatables, a kids craft tent, jam sessions, power-ballad workouts and a big-red-busking-bus!
After many fabulous years at Hoylake Rugby Club, the festival found a new home at The Junction, Rainford - a pub notorious for it's showcasing of live music. We loved it at Rainford and had 3 happy years there before moving the festival back to it's spiritual home in Hoylake for the upcoming 2024 festival.
Nobody leaves this festival without new friends and a grin on their face.
All this for free AND to raise money for our charities
Wirral Mind and Wirral Motor Neurone Disease Association.
