Camping Applications for 
Hoylake Summer Strum 2026
have not opened yet. 
Applications for bands will open in January and we'll make sure all performers have pitches before opening up the camping to the public late in March.


HOYLAKE RUGBY CLUB

Pitches will cost a flat fee for the whole weekend of £45 for tents and £50 for campervans/caravans. Camping runs from Friday after 4pm until noon on Monday.

Tents go in the middle of the field and we can only have campers and caravans around the side of the camping fields to maintain the rugby pitches, so we can't always guarantee pitches together. The best way to get pitches together is to arrive together. 

Extremely large RVs are
not permitted.


 

Due to the softness of the ground and the tight country lane style entrance, we can not accommodate huge RVs. If you have a large RV please do not book as you will not be allowed entry.

Festival camping has loos, showers, drinking water taps and a chemical toilet disposal point but no electric hook-up. One car parking place per tent pitch is included. Cars can unload at the tent pitch, but must then park in the car park.
Well behaved dogs on leads are permitted.
Fires & BBQs are not permitted.
We understand you may want to bring your own booze if you are camping, but please remember the Rugby Club has to make some money or we won't be able to keep holding the festival at their fabulous venue.
So whilst on the festival site PLEASE 
BUY YOUR BOOZE FROM THE RUGBY CLUB!
